2017 Ford F-150 Raptor Named Best Pickup at NWAPA Mudfest
Everyone here at Brandon Ford in Tampa, FL, knew Ford was on to something when they unveiled the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor. Thanks to its 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine paired with a segment-first 10-speed automatic transmission offering 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque, along with its six-mode Terrain Management System, the new Ford F-150 Raptor gives a whole new meaning to the idea of off-road performance. And not only have drivers all around the country flocked to the 2017 F-150 Raptor, those giving out the annual awards have, too. That’s evidenced by the numerous awards already won by the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor, including it being named the Best Pickup at the Northwest Outdoor Activity Vehicle of the Year Mudfest put on by the Northwest Automotive Press Association (NWAPA).

How the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor Stands Apart from the Rest of the Pack
The 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor was one of multiple trucks taking part in the 2017 Northwest Outdoor Activity Vehicle of the Year Mudfest. Over two days, these pickup trucks were put through a multitude of tests both on the road and off of it. After all of that testing, the 2017 F-150 Raptor stood above the rest of the field.

This latest award is just one of many already won by the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor, including being named Pickup Truck of the Year by FOUR WHEELER, Best Pickup for 2017 by Cars.com and Truck of the Year by AutoGuide.com and Popular Mechanics. The new Ford F-150 Raptor also received the Autotrader Must Test Drive award.
