The Ford Mustang GT already offers impressive capabilities with its powerful V-8 engine. But just in case that is still not enough for people, Ford will now be offering a substantial upgrade to the Mustang GT trim level. The 2017 Ford Mustang GT added performance packages are now available on the new sports car.
Ford Mustang GT Engine Performance
2017 Ford Mustang GT models come equipped with a powerful 5.0-liter V-8 engine as standard equipment. This engine is able to deliver 435 horsepower without any kind of modifications or upgrades.
Ford’s new Mustang GT performance package includes several modifications that increase the performance capabilities of the sports car.
This new option is the third performance package Ford has released for the 2017 Mustang GT.
2017 Ford Mustang Lineup
The 2017 Ford Mustang is now available at Ford dealerships everywhere. Ford is offering the car in a variety of trim levels with several engine options. In addition to the 5.0-liter V-8, the sports car can be equipped with a 3.7-liter V-6 that checks in at 300 horsepower and an EcoBoost 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine that is able to deliver 310 horsepower while earning an estimated 22 miles per gallon in the city and 31 miles per gallon on the highways.
