Considering the new Ford Mustang GT Performance Pack Level 2 features everything included in the Performance Pack Level 1 and more, we figured we’d better start out by listing all of the features of Level 1. The Mustang GT Performance Pack Level 1 includes a customized chassis, enhanced anti-lock brake tuning, upgraded stability control, updated electric power-assisted steering, Brembo six-piston front brake calipers featuring larger rotors, a K-brace, a larger radiator, a silver strut tower brace and a TORSEN rear differential featuring a 3.73 axle ratio. Now that we’ve got that out of the way, let’s check out what is included in the new Mustang GT Performance Pack Level 2. That list features a newly lowered stance, a redesigned front splitter, a redesigned front spoiler and new Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires fitted on split-fitment aluminum wheels. Speaking of those tires, they are now 1.5 inches wider than what’s featured with Performance Pack Level 1. The MagneRide dampers have also been optimized to go along with a 67% stiffer rear stabilizer bar, a 12% stiffer front stabilizer bar, 20% stiffer front springs and 13% stiffer rear springs.
