The 2018 Ford EcoSport lineup will feature four trim levels to choose from – the new Ford EcoSport S, the new Ford EcoSport SE, the new Ford EcoSport SES and the new Ford EcoSport Titanium.
Do Different Engines Come with the Various New Ford EcoSport Trim Levels?
The new Ford EcoSport lineup features two engines spread across its four trim levels. The 2018 Ford EcoSport S, SE and Titanium models feature a standard 1.0-liter EcoBoost I-4 engine that provides you with 123 horsepower and 125 pound-feet of torque. This powertrain is paired with front-wheel drive. The 2018 Ford EcoSport SES trim level features a standard 2.0-liter Ti-VCT direct-injection I-4 engine that provides you with 166 horsepower and 149 pound-feet of torque. This powertrain is paired with Intelligent four-wheel drive. All 2018 Ford EcoSport models feature a six-speed SelectShift automatic transmission.
Are Some Features Only Standard on Certain 2018 Ford EcoSport Trim Levels?
As it is with pretty much all automotive lineups, some features are only standard with certain 2018 Ford EcoSport trim levels while being available on others. For instance, the new Ford EcoSport S, SE and SES trim levels feature a standard AM/FM stereo with MP3 capabilities, while the new Ford EcoSport Titanium features a standard B&O PLAY™ Premium Audio System by HARMAN. The 2018 EcoSport SE, SES and Titanium models also feature standard SiriusXM Radio and Intelligent Access with push-button start. The 2018 EcoSport S, on the other hand, features standard remote keyless entry. Your infotainment system will be different, too, depending on which trim you purchase. A new EcoSport S features the SYNC infotainment system, while the new EcoSport SE, SES and Titanium trim levels feature the SYNC 3 infotainment system.
