We’re not complaining; we love the Ford Explorer. We wanted to, though show you why it is one of the favorites of many drivers in need of a spacious, powerful SUV. The Explorer has come a long way since its debut 25 years ago, and we can’t wait to see where the next 25 take us! Chances are, the Explorer will still be around.
For the new model, the Explorer is much more aerodynamic and streamlined, but it is also much more athletic looking and sleek. Long gone are the days of the boxy Ford Explorer and standard features. This year’s 2016 Ford Explorer is completely new and ready to rock the road.

But even the lowest fuel economy rating is only at 16 MPG in the city and 22 on the highway, which isn’t that bad for a vehicle of its stature.
Its maximum towing capacity of 5,000 pounds and maximum seating capacity of seven is nothing to scoff at, either!
Perhaps what is most exciting about the 2016 Ford Explorer, though, is its available features. It is extremely intelligent and includes technology such as a front 180-degree camera, a parking assistance system, dual second-row smart-charging USB ports, a hands-free, foot-activated liftgate, a heated steering wheel and a push-button start engine.
