Billing Clerk - Accounting Office

Brandon Ford is currently looking for a Billing Clerk with previous dealership experience to join our team. This position requires dealer transfer experience, customer service, deal breakdown, costing and posting deals using accounting software and other various accounting functions. DMV/title processing experience and wholesale titles a plus.

Responsibilities:
-    Processing new and used deals by verifying all required documents are retained and accurate
-    Reviews and verifies all contracts meet specified lender requirements
-    Processing contracts and submitting to lenders
-    Posting new and used deals into accounting system
-    Processing dealer transfers
-    Issuing customer refunds as well as lien payoffs
-    Customer service

Requirements:
-    Previous Automotive Accounting experience required
-    Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
-    Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
-    Strong attention to detail
-    Excellent communication skills
-    Ability to understand urgency and work under strict deadlines.
-    Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug screen
-    Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record
