 I just wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your Internet Sales staff members, Tommy Shelly! A few weeks ago I decided to sell my 2008 Toyota Tundra 4x4 CrewMax and move to a 2013 Ford F-150 FX4 SuperCrew. After test driving one locally, I knew that would be my next truck, so the "shopping around" began! I probably did a good week / week and a half worth of researching dealers all over Florida and even Ohio and Texas. I thought I had found the perfect deal up in Winter Haven, FL, but it didn't work out.  Needless to say, I ended up finding a better match for me at Brandon Ford. I do most of my vehicle shopping online so I don't have to deal with salesman. Once I found the truck at Brandon Ford, I got in touch with Tommy Shelly and he helped make the experience a LOT better for me. However, the real surprise was when my wife and I drove up to Brandon Ford to meet Tommy and pickup my new truck. Before we left, I told my wife that I wasn't expecting much out of the trip, but this was WAY different. Tommy made the whole experience AWESOME. We couldn't have asked for a better/nicer person to deal with. Tommy had the truck out ready for us when we pulled up. He let me drive with him to the gas station to fill it up with gas, told me all about the truck on the way there and back, and had all the paperwork ready for us. He seemed to be more than just a salesman selling me a truck. He even actually remembered me and our past conversations! My wife and I both were able to talk to him as if he were a friend of ours. I can tell you this much? When it's time for me (or my wife) to buy another new vehicle, I'm calling Tommy!

I don't usually do this, but I wanted to make it a point to write about our experience and dealings with Tommy Shelly. He definitely deserves praise for his courtesy and professionalism. He should be a role model to others in his position.

"This is the third vehicle I have purchased through Brandon Ford, all with Tommy Shelly as my salesman. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else to buy a car/truck again. Before I even arrived Tommy had reviewed my needs, searched the inventory for vehicles and had selected a group for me to review. He was well educated about each of the vehicles and the different options available in each, making my comparison a breeze.
