Now in their sixteenth year of production the 5 millionth Ford Super Duty is rolling off the assembly line this fall and we couldn’t be more excited about it. The Ford Super Duty is the workhorse of the brand and many of the owners who have or will own one of the 5 million soon to be or already out there. What’s even better is that more will follow.
With 16 years of production we at Brandon Ford have seen a lot of changes in the Ford Super Duty trucks. They have continually gotten better. Now with a horsepower of 440 and a total of 860 lb-ft of torque, the truck is stronger than ever and can tow up to 31,200 lbs. This gives it the best in class towing. This is all thanks to the 2nd generation 6.7L power stroke V8 turbo diesel engine.
Now with power like that most would expect a piece of equipment to look exactly like other pieces of equipment. The Super Duty has a beautiful interior, especially if you were to get the King Ranch model, which turns the truck into a throne from which you can survey all of you work.
But lets not forget all the other great trucks like the Ford F-150. I mean we have some accomplishments there as well and it did just have park assist technology added to it, making it an even more versatile truck. There are also a slew of other great options for those you like to work and play. Either way we hope to keep bringing you more great Ford vehicles as they continue to come off the assembly line.
