Listing the All-New Driver Assistance Features of the All-New Ford Co-Pilot360 Safety Suite
While the all-new Ford Co-Pilot360 Safety Suite boasts an incredibly impressive list of new safety and driver assistance features, the most impressive part about the new suite is that it will be standard on multiple new Ford cars, trucks and SUVs – starting with the all-new 2019 Ford Fusion and 2019 Ford Edge ST. What’s so impressive about that fact is that, while many other automotive companies offer similar but less-impressive versions of these safety and driver assistance systems, none offer all of them standard on new models. That’s because the Ford-Co-Pilot360 Safety Suite includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection capabilities, a blind spot information system with cross traffic alert capabilities, a lane keeping system, automatic high beams, and a reverse camera. Toyota comes the closest to offering a similar safety suite, but fails to offer a standard blind spot information system.
